- Why no usage-based billing?
- Because nobody enjoys logging in to find a $400 surprise. Every tier has hard limits. When you hit 80%, we email you. When you hit 100%, uploads pause until you bump up. No mystery invoices.
- What happens to my builds at the retention limit?
- Free-tier builds older than 30 days get auto-deleted nightly. Solo tier holds 90 days. Team and Business are unlimited. We email you a week before anything would expire.
- Can I upgrade mid-month?
- Yes. Paddle prorates the upgrade automatically. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose features mid-cycle.
- Do you take payment processing globally?
- Yes. We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record, which handles VAT/sales tax compliance across 100+ countries.
- Is there a free trial of paid tiers?
- The Free tier is unlimited time, not a trial. If you need more than 1 project to evaluate, email us and we'll extend you for 30 days.
- What if I exceed the Business tier?
- Custom plan. Email sales and we'll work it out. Pricing is transparent up to Business, and bespoke beyond.
